AACC completed an extensive renovation at the FedEx Ground Distribution Center in Brockton, MA, transforming the facility to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. This comprehensive renovation included several key upgrades to improve the workspace and operational efficiency. The office interiors were completely revamped with new flooring, fresh paint, updated ceiling tiles and upgraded door hardware, creating a modern and well maintained space for staff and visitors. The facility’s overhead doors were replaced with newer, more efficient models, improving access and security for loading and unloading operations. A new parking pad was installed behind a newly constructed retaining wall, optimizing the flow of traffic and the existing asphalt driveway and parking lot were milled and repaved, ensuring a smooth surface for vehicular movement and reducing maintenance needs. The renovation project reflects AACC’s commitment to quality, ensuring that FedEx grounds distribution center is not only operationally efficient but also a pleasant and modern space for employees and visitors. The renovations deliver both immediate improvements and long-term value for the facility.

AACC was tasked with the design and construction of a new 18,000 square foot warehouse facility for Beacon Building Products. The design was created to maximize storage and operational efficiency. This 18,000 square foot facility will serve as a key hub for storage, distribution and manufacturing. Work consisted of site preparation, foundation work and framing of the building, exterior finishes and interior fit-out.

AACC successfully completed a comprehensive renovation and expansion project for Igus, a leading manufacturer of motion plastics and cable management systems. The project included a 42,000 square foot facility addition, a 9,000 square foot mezzanine and a 1,000 square foot renovation of the lunch and locker room areas. Serving as both the design- build contractor and construction manager with a shared savings model, AACC worked closely with Igus to deliver this project on time, within budget and with exceptional quality. The expansion and renovation are crucial to enhancing Igus’s operational capacity, improving employee workspaces, and optimizing production efficiency. The 42,000 square foot addition significantly increased the company’s manufacturing and warehouse space, allowing for more streamlined production and increased capacity to meet growing demand. A new 9,000 square foot mezzanine was added to maximize vertical space for storage and operational flexibility, while the 1,000 square foot renovation of the lunch and locker rooms enhances employee comfort and wellbeing.

AACC successfully completed the design and construction of Honeywell’s N95 mask manufacturing facility. The 20,000 Sq. Ft. building, located in a strategic area to support Honeywell’s commitment o providing high-quality personal protective equipment, is a significant milestone in both the construction and healthcare industries. This cutting edge facility was developed with efficiency, safety and scalability in mind. It houses advanced production lines dedicated to the manufacturing of N95 respirators, which are critical in the global effort to combat airborne contaminants and ensure worker safety in various sectors.
