Existing historical building dating back from the 1830’s. Consisting of 89 units, this property in Boston was newly renovated by AACC. Work for this property consisted of renovating all common areas, replacing doors and flooring, new mill work and new lighting along with painting and wall coverings. An integrated electroni WIFI hardware system was connected to tenant suites. ButterflyMX, a smartphone based access control system was installed for convenient security.

Existing 4-story building with masonry bearing walls and wood framing. This building has 44 residential apartments. Work consisted of replacement of finishes in the common area. Replacement of finishes, fixtures, interior doors and cabinetry inside the apartments. Selective replacement of lighting fixtures and switches in apartment and common area. Accessibility upgrades to common areas including common bathroom and laundry room. 4 units will be upgraded for mobility accessibility according to current ADA and UFAS requirements. 1 of these will need sensory accessibility requirements. New accessible parking space with access route to front door and re-stripping of parking lot and new community room finishes.

Existing 12-story building with concrete structures and curtainwall fenestration. The building has commercial tenants on the lower garage level and the upper lobby level. The building has residential apartments on floors 2-12. Work consists of replacement of mechanical heat pumps and electrical load centers throughout. Miscellaneous finishes were removed and replaced to facilitate the mechanical and electrical work. New millwork enclosures were installed to conceal the heat pumps.
