Envision Bank

The project involved the comprehensive renovation and expansion of an 8,500 square foot, multilevel facility. The Envision bank branch and operations center is designed to serve the needs of the community while providing an efficient workspace for bank operations. The construction process was completed in multiple phases to ensure that client operations remained uninterrupted throughout the course of the project. The project involved significant exterior improvements, including refinishing the existing parking lots for better functionality and aesthetics. The bank’s entrances were updated with newly accessible stairs and ramps to enhance accessibility for all customers. A new, remote ATM was added for increased customer convenience, along with the installation of a standby generator to ensure reliable service during power outages. Additionally, the facility underwent a roof replacement. The interior of the building was completely gutted and renovated, with a full upgrade to the electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems to support the new design. The retail banking area included two teller pods with distinct curved accent walls and specialized lighting to create an inviting and efficient environment for customers.

Chase Bank

This project involved the design and construction of a new Chase Bank branch. The development spans a 3,470 square foot area. The project consisted of extensive site development, beginning with the demolition of five residential structures currently occupying the site, abandoning a public street and relocating a telecommunication fiberoptic duct bank. In addition, a two-lane right of way was decommissioned, and five separate properties, along with their associated right of way and consolidated into a single parcel of land. One of the key challenges of this project involved rerouting major subsurface communications infrastructure. The interior features a welcoming open customer service area, designed as a living space with comfortable seating and integrated digital media to create a relaxed environment. The branch includes multiple customer service offices, tell stations and facilities for retail banking services. In addition, there are two drive through ATM lanes, providing additional convenience for customers needing quick and easy access to banking services.

The retail banking area features an expansive floor-to-ceiling glass storefront that creates a bright, open and welcoming atmosphere. The transparent design not only enhances the branch’s visibility but also promotes a sense of openness, allowing customers to easily engage with the space. The layout includes a dedicated conference room for private meetings and consultations, as well as various customer service offices, ensuring that both personal and business banking needs are met with professionalism and privacy. Two teller pods are also prominently featured. Each pod is highlighted by a striking monolith accent wall.
