Roger Williams University School of Architecture

The two phase 5.9 million dollar school of Architecture, Art, and Historic Preservation at Roger Williams University was designed to be one of the country’s first Green Academic Buildings. Managed by a team of LEED Accredited Professionals, the projects feature environmentally conscious interior woodwork, stained and polished concrete floors, a Trespa Meteon composite exterior rain screen facade paneling system, and custom-made aluminum wind foils supported by freestanding masonry piers. AACC was able to deliver this complex – two phase structure in just 11 months.

Bishop Feehan High School – The Rock Addition

Bishop Feehan High School acquired AACC for an addition on their High School. This 14,000 square foot addition known as the “Rock” addition was a rewarding project. This was one of the many academic projects that AACC completed. Students now have a space to enjoy their athletic endeavors.

Bay State College Taunton Annex Campus

Taunton, MA

Bay State College engaged AACC to provide a Turn-key Design-Build when they planned to expand out of Boston and create an annex facility in Taunton, MA. The 11,000 Sq. Ft. project included laboratory space for medical classes, allowing students to earn a full associate or bachelor’s degree without the commute to Boston.

Brown University – CIS Department

Providence, RI

AACC worked with Signer Harris Architects (Now Perkins + Will in Boston) to relocate Brown University’s Computer Information Department off campus to new space at One Davol Square in Providence RI. The multi-story fit-out was constructed in multiple phases in order to accommodate the logistics of relocating complex I.T. infrastructure.
