Engineer – Procure – Construct

AACC provides clients with industrial process projects the Engineer-Procure-Construct (EPC) project delivery for a single source solution to designing and engineering a physical plant or facility around an industrial process. EPC provides greater cost and time savings than a traditional Design – Build by in integrating the process design, procurement, and installation into the construction process. Clients benefit from less risk as AACC can provide a performance guarantees of the quality and quantity outputted from the completed facility. Although the building design and construction proceed much as in a conventional design-build, special critical details such as: structural loading, electrical, chilled water, steam, vacuum, compressed air, industrial gases, water, wastewater, lighting, and industrial gas quality and quantity specific to the project are contemplated and addressed early in design. In addition to the special consideration taken during the design process, similar attention is asserted during the procurement, installation, and startup of the process equipment which drive the project. As usually there is not a singular vendor for all of the critical process equipment. AACC provides the resources necessary to ensure complete synchronization of building and equipment selection, procurement, installation and commissioning.
