Description: 

The Withum Office Renovation project, designed by Gensler Architecture, involved a comprehensive overhaul of an 11,300 square foot office space to create a modern, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing workspace. The project included the installation of high-quality flooring materials, fresh paint, upgraded fixtures, and beautiful Café area to enhance the visual appeal and functionality. A sophisticated lighting plan with Recessed LED linear fixtures and smart controls was implemented to provide a clean aesthetic and cater to various functional needs and improve energy management. The HVAC system featured flush linear diffusers to coincide with the lighting to provide a clean look and optimal thermal comfort. The detailed ceiling design incorporated suspended ceilings, acoustic panels, and decorative elements, coordinated with lighting and HVAC systems for a cohesive look. The project presented a unique challenge as the lighting, HVAC, and Ceilings required meticulous coordination between trades to integrate all systems seamlessly, with a strong emphasis on quality control and craftsmanship to meet the highest standards. The result was a transformed office space that reflects Withum’s brand identity and commitment to excellence.
