This project involves the tenant fit out of a 2,300 square foot retail banking branch for Webster Five Cents Savings Bank, located on the ground floor of a 21-story building. The retail banking area features an expansive floor-to-ceiling glass storefront that creates a bright, open and welcoming atmosphere. The transparent design not only enhances the branch’s visibility but also promotes a sense of openness, allowing customers to easily engage with the space. The layout includes a dedicated conference room for private meetings and consultations, as well as various customer service offices, ensuring that both personal and business banking needs are met with professionalism and privacy. Two teller pods are also prominently featured. Each pod is highlighted by a striking monolith accent wall.
