AACC successfully completed a major renovation and fit-out of a 10,401 square foot space for sovereign bank, transforming the existing area into an efficient banking environment. The project was carefully carried out to enhance the functionality of the space while maintaining a professional, welcoming atmosphere for both employees and customers. Key aspects of the renovation included custom millwork, new roofing for long-term durability along with updated doors and hardware. The bank’s floors were also updated with new, high-quality finishes that are both durable and visually appealing. Comprehensive plumbing and electrical work were also completed to meet the bank’s operational needs, ensuring the space is fully functional.
