Description: 

Aging infrastructure and the demand for a higher quality food service experience prompted Foxwoods Resort Casino to endeavor on a major renovation of their largest dining attraction and upgrade their central kitchen facilities. AACC along with JCJ Architecture completely renovated the 8,000 Sq. Ft. site of the former festival buffet and rebuilt all of the adjacent central dining facilities, which included replacing all plumbing and mechanical system while maintaining central kitchen operations.
