The Forbes Crossing Project involved the construction of a new retail building in the Forbes Crossing Plaza in Foxborough, Massachusetts. The project encompassed all site work, including pavement, erecting structural steel, pouring the concrete slab, and building the exterior envelope. A unique challenge of this project was the requirement to install exterior rigid insulation with Knight Wall Systems vertical CI girt on top of it, providing a suitable surface for the exterior Hardie lap siding. This necessitated precise coordination and installation techniques to ensure the insulation and girt system were properly aligned and secured. Despite these challenges, the project successfully delivered a modern retail space, enhancing the commercial offerings of the Forbes Crossing Plaza.
