AACC provided a single source solution for the 48,000 square foot production laboratory additions and renovation for Dominion Diagnostics. The project was delivered using a combination of a highly technical design build team combined with the transparency and agility of working on a Construction Management basis backstopped by a Guaranteed Maximum Price. The project scope saw the conversion of Dominion Diagnostics operations change from a clinical laboratory to a production laboratory workflow. AACC installed Perma-Cyl Micro Bulk Storage and advanced process piping distribution for liquid and gas chromatography testing systems. The project approach shortened the project lifecycle from concept to validation by twenty five percent compared to a traditional project delivery method.
