AACC undertook a comprehensive gut renovation of an existing single-story structure to transform it into a modern 1,800 square-foot community branch for Dedham Savings Bank. The project required a complete overhaul of the building’s internal and external features to meet the bank’s functional needs and standards. Key aspects of the renovation included a roof replacement with a new durable solution. Other renovations included subfloor replacement for new structural integrity and a stable foundation. In addition, a full storefront replacement was completed to the building.
