Description: 

The three story sixty-four-unit Constellation Wharf luxury condominiums has not had any major renovations or improvements since they were built in the late 1980’s. AACC was contracted to perform waterproofing, structural concrete repair, exterior siding and decking replacements. Situated on Charlestown’s Naval yard pier seven, and being an active residential community, required AACC’s team to make special logistical provisions.
