Description:
This project involved the design and construction of a new Chase Bank branch. The development spans a 3,470 square foot area. The project consisted of extensive site development, beginning with the demolition of five residential structures currently occupying the site, abandoning a public street and relocating a telecommunication fiberoptic duct bank. In addition, a two-lane right of way was decommissioned, and five separate properties, along with their associated right of way and consolidated into a single parcel of land. One of the key challenges of this project involved rerouting major subsurface communications infrastructure. The interior features a welcoming open customer service area, designed as a living space with comfortable seating and integrated digital media to create a relaxed environment. The branch includes multiple customer service offices, tell stations and facilities for retail banking services. In addition, there are two drive through ATM lanes, providing additional convenience for customers needing quick and easy access to banking services.
